Bariatric journey Multiple procedures Since 2018 Post-op

  1. I got the Band in 2006 and had it removed at the same time as getting the Sleeve 5/15/18. So far so good but still very new to this surgery. Good luck!
  2. I just had the band for so long I knew what to expect and how to handle it and it worked for years until it didn't anymore. This is new and I just hope I do well and learn what to expect from this surgery without always comparing the two.
  3. I had my band removed and sleeve surgery done on the same day but I'm only 12 days post op, waiting to see the differences, very nervous.
  4. I had surgery on a Tuesday left the hospital on Thursday and went back to work on Friday. I was really tired after that first day but really feel that getting back to normal has really helped my recovery. I am now 12 days post op and feeling great! I get tired more quickly than normal but feeling fantastic otherwise.
