    Today, I totally binged.

I have a question for all of you who have binged after surgery.... Did any of you get sick after? Nausea? Vomiting? I have had cravings but I wanted and needed this surgery so badly that I can’t possibly cave in to my cravings. My bad habits and cravings got me to my heaviest and I’m terrified to eat something I’m not supposed to. After all the guilt I felt eating unhealthy before surgery, I definitely don’t wanna feel after surgery.

    3 months in

I’m 27 pounds down in 23 days. I had the Switch procedure. I’m just now starting to feel more energized.

    DS Scheduled for 7.11.18 w/Dr. K

I drink a bottled water in the morning, one 32 oz cup of crystal light at lunch, one bottle of propel and then two 32oz cups of water throughout the afternoon, and a bottled water at night. The rapid weight loss uses all the water in your body so you definitely have to stay hydrated, EVEN THOUGH IT IS SOOOOO HARD.

I am 3 weeks post op and I’m still sore. My body has changed so much and feels so different, I’m in a whirlwind of emotions. I have a constant gurgle in my stomach that drives me crazy. I just really want to sleep on my stomach already. I have a hard time falling asleep....any tips?
