  1. If you have GBP you will have to make it a way of life. It is only a tool to help you achieve your goal. Make sure you get into a program that will teach you how to eat post surgery. Get on the bariatric vitamins and stay with them, the cost is worth it! You will not maintain your weight unless you exercise. I have found that out, I injured a knee and had to stop running and have picked up about 4lbs while it's rehabbing. Hope this helps, good luck and prayers.
