  6. I work at in education (middle school); have had two cesarean sections over 20 years ago. I had my surgery on Wednesday during spring break, was walking laps at the hospital (had to do 20 to be released) and went out of town for a night with my husband on Friday shopping at the outlet mall and got three miles in there. Back to work on Monday and so glad I did. I've had NO problems at work because I am much more scheduled in my eating, whereas at home I tend to have a taste here or there and end eating two bites too much and being miserable. TL;DR: Surgery on Wednesday; back to work on Monday. Walk, walk, walk!
