  1. i know that you feel like crap after the op, i had to walk to move the gas around otherwise any food would cause me to feel bloated somedays for the whole day.
  2. Walk is the best post op exercise, but do it near your house in case you feel weak, it is the best remedy for the dreaded gas too ;p.
  3. yeah i get nausea, but it is probably because you stomach is sensitive to everything in the environment now. so from stress to lack of liquids to fatty food and even smells. so start with the diet and cut everything and start adding stuff 1 at a time. You also have to remember that we all develop an ulcer that takes sometime to heal, so ask you surgeon for some omeprazole or some ranitidine for the time being. Im out of it now and trust me it was rough so do not try your luck eating stuff you did before because it will just not cut it.
