  1. I was sleeved 4/30, only 4 days ago. First day was a bit painful and annoying with gas, but since then i've been walking more and feel fine. Today I ran some errands and drove for the first time. I'm curious if anyone is on a one week liquid diet. I have only had clear liquids since Sunday and I'm feeling hungry. I called the doctors office and they said it's normal to feel hungry but just keep the water intake up. After reading many of these posts it seems a lot of you guys start protein faster than me. Just curious why this is...

  4. Wow losing 30 is great! So you lost too much, isn't that funny.. haha I had no pre-op weight-loss goal. Ive been trying for awhile, my thyroid is jacked up and i'm praying this helps get everything working properly again.
  5. Oh i'm so glad that i'm not alone with this! I wonder if i gained like 5lbs since my pre-op visit! Tomorrow i'm going to eat more healthy and Sunday is liquid only. I don't want to blow this! I have to remember it's not my last meal but just last solid meal for a few weeks

  8. Hello All, I go in on Monday Morning. I feel like i've been waiting so long for this and now all of the nerves are setting in. I did not have to do a pre-op liquid diet, only just the day before. I'm really worried I'm eating too much thinking of it as my last meal. Did anyone go through this? Thanks, -Christen
