BabsR got a reaction from ProudGrammy in Back on track
Looking for advice. My surgery was May 10, 2018 I am down 60 lbs. goal is 100. I have not moved on the scale and I know why it’s from poor choices with food. I workout regularly so that has helped me maintain thankfully. What I am looking for is if anyone has apps they use for gastric sleeve patients that help measure food intake on the daily. I want something motivating as I am in a bit of a slump clearly. I have had two set backs one nasal surgery that had me out for any type of exercise for a month and most recently a stress fracture in my foot. Other than that it’s all food which has always been my struggle hence the surgery for the sleeve. Really just need to push myself to see some movement in the right direction. Thanks In advance for any advice.

Would love to know what others have done. I had my surgery May 10 down 43 lbs total. SW 275.6
I am losing hair like crazy. My hands are full in the shower then after my brush and throughly the day if I run my hands through. I have long hair as well and am contemplating cutting it short even though I don’t like the look on me.
