It's horridly expensive but you are making an investment in yourself that will lead to a much longer and healthier life. You will live longer and have more fun doing it you will reap cosmetic and health benefits from this =)

Totally off topic but I wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on being so close to goal weight.

( ouch!) Does your insurance have a max out of pocket for the year? Look at it this way you are most likely meeting that max and can get other things addressed health-wise plus you have a security blanket if you end up dehydrated or other wise not feeling well for the rest of the year.

Mine was 1000$ after insurance you should be able to call the billing specialist or your insurance and figure out exactly how much they are covering.

I have a scale, what I am looking for is a portioning cup that holds exact amounts my former nut suggested a perfect one but the doctors office was extremely unfriendly when I changed doctors so I don't want to call and ask lol *The scale idea sounds like a great double check , thank you i'll remember that when im on solids *

Hello there , I am doing the final prep for surgery and I am at somewhat of a loss as to what to use for portioning post surgery. I changed doctors due to a move and i can't remember what she suggested for portioning cups, any advice would be great I would like to have everything at home so I can make a smooth/ productive recovery. I am nervous too! (surgery in two weeks now) so I feel you there but allwet is correct . You are taking control and taking steps to live a healthy life in the future I am currently a bundle of nerves trying to remember that right now as well.

Thank you for the pep talk I am almost feeling like i need another two weeks as the reality sets it ...its such a big surgery.

5/15 here as well as it gets closer I feel more nervous daily.
