  1. Thank you. I guess I have to get used to going slower. I’m getting to the point where I hate eating!
  2. Today I am two weeks post op, I am down 15lbs since surgery. I started on purée/ super soft foods two days ago. Every time I ingest food I get bad pain in the middle of my chest. Is anyone else experiencing this? And tip that maybe help? Thanks [emoji4]
  3. Ok I understand. Good luck to you! [emoji4]

  5. I am starting Friday also!! I’m excited too. What kind of protein shakes and vitamins have you been taking? Have you thrown up? I feel like it’s weird that I haven’t thrown up.
  6. Now that you said that I do realize the occur more frequently after drinking too fast. I will try to slow that down. Thank you

  8. It’s basically like an intense contraction. Come on strong squeezing then subsides. I’m looking forward to the purée diet I can’t take these liquids. I had to to them two weeks pre op as well. I’m over it LOL
  9. Hi, had my surgery 4/3/18. I am one wee post op today! I am feeling good other than some spasms of the stomach. I was wondering if anyone else suffered from that and how long they took to subside? Any remedies that helped with them? Also, how long after surgery were you instructed to begin purée foods?
