  8. Hi One week post op tomorrow. I'm glad you are doing well!!!! I a little tired and sluggish but I up an movin down 16 pounds!!
  9. Hi first off I want to say good luck and your doing a great thing for yourself and your family. I had surgery 7/11/18 so that makes me 5 days post op. I won't lie to you this is the hardest thing I have ever done and I have had 3 children naturally. The gas pain and tightness around the incision site are extremely tender. Getting your water, protein and vitamins in are doable yet difficult at times from possible nausea. Then to top it all off the day I got home I get my period a week early .(Oh JOY lol) But Coco with all the little things it is worth it. You are not making a mistake because food has become unmanageable for us and to save our lives we have to make drastic changes. I wish you the best my friend and praying for a speedy recovery and remember Walk walk walk!!!! xoxo
  10. Its Happening to day guys pray this prayer for me
  11. Ok so originally the wanted me to do all liquid for 2 weeks because of some other health issues. But after some blood work came back I can actually have food. I'm so surprised. I can have egg whites, leafy greens, 4oz chicken breast or fish. no scratches, no butter, no salt. 1 greek yogurt and 1 cup of pineapple or peach chunks , sugar free jello or popsicles. Absolutely nothing with sugar. Its hard because I am addicted to sweets. But I started a couple of days ago to get the hang of things. It's going ok a bit of a headache but I just down water. 14 days and counting. xoxo
