vicki, i know what you mean. i too thought it would be easier. i thought by now all my weight would be gone but i still have 60 lbs to lose. i try to eat healthy and when im hungry i eat something. yesterday i thought i was too tight and id have to have my fill taken out but today it seems to have settled down

vicki, try not weighing yourself so much. fluid can cause your weight to fluctuate. you are going to drive yourself crazy

mkat, its funny i originally was referred to poswner but they assigned me to hoffman. i think dr posner is good too but dr hoffman does have a good bedside manner

i just refuse to go to buffets...never liked them before cuz i ate too much and now cant eat enough to make it worth it

dr. hoffman is wonderful....he is a great doc. he is kind, friendly, truly wants his patients to do well and he is a great doc. not often you find all that in 1 doctor

they actually back 0.5 cc in my band...which is what they took out before...so im hoping im okay. i had gained 3 lbs

actually last time i went they unfilled me some and now i can eat more...i think im the same or up a couple pounds
