I had mini gastric bypass and lost over 100 lbs...needless to say I had extra skin to go. I researched a lot and found Dr. Galvez with BariatricPal MX. My surgery was on 1/29/18. I had a belt lipectomy with butterfly lift, breast lift with augmentation. I was suppose to have the BBL as well but there was no fat to transfer ?. As a nurse in the US I can assure you that the facility and medical staff are phenomenal. All the same protocols are followed and then some. The care I received was amazing and the doctors are so nice and down to earth. They help you with what is best for you figure and what they know is Doable. Not having the fat necessary for BBL I was sad and Dr. Galvez said he could get it from my thighs but it would make them look worse. I opted to leave them alone and not worry about BBL since I can’t see my butt anyway.
