  1. My pain wasn’t bad by that point after surgery but I was very tired. I went on multiple short walks a day, but could not handle walking around for long periods. The incisions were still sensitive, so at times I wore my binder to help give support.
  2. Totally normal to stall at 2 weeks. My stall lasted for a little over a week but I have heard the first stall can last up to 3 weeks. Just keep following the rules and you will get thru the stall before you know it.
