  1. So After months of doctor visits and the like. Got a surgery date for April 30. So in preparation for this lifestyle change. I started to drink protein shakes and stop drinking pop. I haven’t been eating as much fried food and less sweets. But I think my body is going through withdrawals. All kind stuff has been happening. Not major stuff but just irritating. Has anyone else had this happen to them before surgery? Maybe it’s just me. My husband had his last year and he didn’t have these kind of things happen to him. Feeling alone.
