  1. I forgot to mention for the first 2 weeks after surgery I was dehydrated because I didn’t drink protein shakes because I couldn’t get them down. I wasn’t drinking at all, barely a few sips of water a day. So when I got on the purée stage is when I started to eat and drink again.
  2. Okay I’ll call my nutritionist since she’s fairly easy to contact.
  3. I haven’t really been tracking but I’m going to start. Currently I only eat scrambled eggs and tuna but I think I’m eating too much.
  4. Hello everyone my name is Keilee and I’m new here. I had the gastric sleeve on the 20th of February. Before the pre op diet I was 317lbs After the pre op diet I was 306lbs and then 2 weeks post op I was 276lbs. within a week my weight shot back up to 295lbs. I’ll admit I haven’t been as active as I should be but I’m active now, I mentioned that to my doctor already. Now I have a new problem. I’m not getting full! I’m not even so much as satisfied. I was able to eat 2 scrambled eggs today and I had a tuna pack 1 hour before that. I don’t get sick but I have eaten things ahead of my current step by mistake. On top of that I experience little to no pain. I feel very normal actually. Did my stomach stretch out? I feel depressed now because I think it stretched out and it was a waste.
