  1. This is Reactive Hypoglycemia. I have the same experience as well with the same symptoms you have experienced. I have been dealing with this since the 18mo mark from my Sleeve surgery. I'm at the 5 yr mark and still experience it. Do some reading on this. I also spoke with the Diabetic Dietician about this as she was well versed on this issue. The solution is to eat 15 grams of carbohydrate that is easily digested and your symptoms will subside. After that, follow with protein. I now carry the glucose tablets with me just in case. Sometimes I feel like it comes out of no where now that I'm better at navigating this. Good luck, it can be very frustrating.

  3. I have this same experience. It feels like "dumping", but truly is reactive hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. When you experience this or can feel it coming, eat something with 15 grams of carbs and the symptoms will subside in a couple minutes. Then follow up with some protein.
