I have a 6 and 7 year old boys. I've told them about my upcoming surgery and they said they like me how I am. But I explained what issues being overweight can cause and has caused. I have co-morbidities and the chances of them disappearing after surgery are high. Also, by having surgery, I can be more active with them. Sent from my Z983 using BariatricPal mobile app

After a year of fighting with my insurance, going to do many pcp visits, the psych evaluation, I'm scheduled for surgery on April 3rd. I start my 2 week liquid diet on March 20. I went to GNC yesterday for protein powder and the weekend before my liquid diet starts, I'll go grocery shopping.
