    My brother has a luxury personal training business in NYC & he bought me 4 pints of Halo top in Birthday cake for a present lol. So im like "heyyyy, it cant be bad if he recommends it" its pretty good but I normally don't eat ice cream anyway

    Same with me! I just had my 3 month post op. The NP was like " you're on the low side for how much you workout" i got mad so i cut her off with "My blood pressure is better, I sleep better, my depression seems better"
