  5. It’s the middle of back. It’s like after the food start going down or hits the stomach it’s a sharp pain. No I didn’t have a hernia repair. I’ll try to eat smaller portions next time but it’s discouraging me from eating.
  6. Hi I started my puréed foods today and everytime i swallow I’m getting sharp back pains. Have this ever happened to anymore.
  7. Omg 21 Days of liquids i would die lol. I can start puréed foods Day 10.
  8. I tried Whey and Slim Fast Advance Nutrition. I tried low fat milk and also Almond Milk. Also i have such bad Gas pains no sleep at all these last couple of days. I had surgery 2-15

  12. Decaf Tea, Broth, Sugar Free popsicles, sugar free yellow, that’s it???. I started protein shakes and they gave me Diarrhea and bad Gas so doctor told me to stop.
  13. I’m Day 7 Post Op and I’m so tired of this liquid diet. Is it too soon to try applesauce ?
