January 1, 2018 for me. Down 27.40 lbs so far. Stalling since I started eating soft foods. No complications so far - thank goodness. I read so many horror stories I almost chickened out.

I just joined this group because I had the same question about stalling. 4 weeks post-op and I have been playing with the same 1/2 pound - pound for about a week. I have just started with the soft foods so I was thinking maybe because I am putting more in it will slow down a bit. You are all so encouraging!
