  11. I have seen that many people are saying they are full after very little. Is your full feeling the same full feeling that you had prior to surgery? Does it feel different after? I'm at the point where I can finally eat things like chicken and some veggies..I didn't get that full feeling that I had before, I just stopped eating because I was afraid to over eat.. But didn't feel full. Especially since it was my first time eating chicken. Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. Hi there, I was hoping some of you out there might want to share some of your new after surgery recipes? I know that we are all at different stages so if you have any from any stage you would like to share, I would love to see them. Always looking for other ideas. Please post what stage they are in ex: soft textures...etc. Thanks!
  14. Thank you! How did you handle the foods? I'm supposed to be able to have the beans and oatmeal on Thursday and I'm having a hard time holding out. Did you feel full after having it? I guess my fear is that I won't. I want to go back to having all the good stuff and I'm afraid it's going to be my downfall. It's so hard being around everyone else eating normal stuff... And I'm sitting here like...a piece of cheese would be so damn good right now lol. Sent from my LGMP450 using BariatricPal mobile app
  15. I was also sleeved on 02/12/18...glad to hear you are doing well!
  16. Congratulations on your progress! You look fantastic!!
  17. I was sleeved on 02/12/2018. Within the last day or so, I have already begun to get really hungry and the craving for food (other than the liquid shakes that I am on) are so strong. I have tried drinking more water, and having broths with seasonings to try and help curb the cravings but nothing is helping. I am scared that if this is how I am already feeling at one week post op, how am I going to be successful with the changes that need to be made...I am counting down the days to start on soft textures...any suggestions, or is anyone else feeling this way? I wasn't expecting to feel hungry at all...especially so soon.
  18. Could still be gas or constipation pains? I know that they have been horrible for me. I honestly would never thought I would suggest walking but I tried because I was desperate to get rid of the pain somehow and it really did help. Also, a nice hot shower helped too. Good luck!
