  1. I’m currently just over two months post op now and I seem to be losing 4lbs every week. So really just wanted some input as I was wondering would that be classed as a fast or slow weight loss?
  2. I know this is probably the dumbest of questions but I’m having a serious dilemma with regards to pacing the time between mouthfuls of food. It’s not that pacing each mouthful of food is a problem but I find my meal always gets cold and I’m continuously reheating in the microwave and in the end the food just goes hard as it’s been microwaved way too much. Am I eating way too slow? I’m only on the purée stage but It’s becoming ridiculous reheating such a small amount of food!
  3. I’m just over two weeks post op and a complete newbie. I’m currently on the purée stage and I was told by my medical team a meal at this stage should consist of 2-4 table spoons. What I was wondering what does it feel like when you’ve over done it? I’m way to worried to finish my meals as I don’t want anything to jeopardise my weight loss.
  4. I’m from London, England and had the procedure 11 days ago. I’m a complete newbie and it’s early days but it honestly will be the best decision you will ever make in your life especially if your someone that’s struggled with your weight most of their life like me. Good luck!
