  1. I have Aetna though my husband's job
  2. I had to go to a dietician for 6 apts. I could do all 6 in 90 days and I only paid $5 for each apt. I also had to see my pcp once so another $5 copay and my over the phone phyc was $150. I then had to see my pcp for my pre op so another $5. My insurance will cover everything at 100%. All in all i paid $190 out of pocket. Every doctor is different as to what they charge and is insurance. Good luck. Keep going.
  3. Go to the doctors and have him go with you. So that he can also hear the info on why diets do not work long term and so he can hear that you will be fine and a lot healthier.

  5. If you only have to do 90 days just make sure u are at 90 days or more. They will turn u down if not. Good luck
  6. I switched from UHC to Aetna at the end of my 90 days. Aetna picked up where I left off and I had no problems.
  7. I have Aetna. I did a 90 nut and diet program with weight ins, Psych over the phone and a pcp letter. After the 90 days my doc sent all paper work to Aetna and I was aproved 7 days later .
  8. I'm also Feb 20th. Can't wait
