Hello my fellow bariatric bro’s. I was sleeved Monday the 14th. I did the 3 month pre-op diet and the week of clear liquids. I must say I’m proud to have come this far. I debated weight loss surgery for about a year. This sipping on liquids is taking some time to get used to but it’s still early on. Just went on an 8 minute walk. Here’s to hoping my belly doesn’t get loose and hang like an apron [emoji23]? Looking forward to sharing experiences with everyone. I started out at about 329. Highest weight ever. Surgery weight was 292.
