  1. I’m two weeks out and feeling pretty good. I struggle with the shakes and for the two I have in a day, it takes me a couple of hours to drink each one. I was a huge water drinker before surgery and struggle without being able to drink the large amounts I did before, but am still getting in the required amount. I’m currently down about 16 lbs since surgery. The biggest struggle for me is the inability to exercise the way I use to. I jogged 2-3 miles a day and am anxious to get going again. My current weight is 224, and I haven’t taken any blood pressure meds since surgery .
  2. Wanting to see if anyone was required to postpone their surgery due to not losing the initial weight set by the physician.
