  1. thats what i need to do...cardio... and eat right... i have had some problems where they had to remove the Fluid twice... i know this works...and its hard work... i am determined to reach my goal... just get a lil discouraged at times.. thanks though..for everyone writing this or that about what they are doing to achieve... it does help to read it..
  2. i am hard headed when it comes to following the diet thing...but i went to the site someone recommended..fitday.com...entered what i ate today and was suprised to see the out come... i guess that explains why i havnt lost much weight...and the no energy!!
