  1. The best thing you can do for yourself is to visit your surgeons office. They deal with people like us all of the time and they are well equipped to help you throgh this ruff patch. If you could have done this alone you would have. Don't torture yourself by getting deeper into a rut go get help.
  2. I wore very loose sweat pants and t shirts. You really want anything that is very loose around your stomach because it is sore. I'm so happy for you - getting the lap band was the best thing I ever did.
  3. My Dr told me about a web site called realizeband.com and they have a ton of recipes that work with the band on there. -good luck April
