Sleeved on 12/18/17 I was doing fine minus the 64oz of water, very hard. I’m 6 weeks in and started having a hard time with protein. Hard for me to digest chicken, salmon most anything without feeling stuff. I manage to go from S.W.- 290 C.W. 242.6. Off to a great start but the a week ago I started having severe heartburn even though I have been on Prilosec since I came home from the hospital. Has anyone been experiencing this. Some days I get anxiety about eating because I do it want to deal with the burning in my chest. Please let me know if anyone experienced this and what was you trick in dealing with.
