  2. Yess... It does say that I am permitted artificial sugars. So I evidently can exhale. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Do you know that no one out there in this world has heard of this like all the pharmicists in my area. That was a serious SCARE
  3. I really need for someone to please tell me if sugar alcohols are allowed in pre- op. No one can tell me. My sugar free protein bars have them in them and I just realized it and it's after hours
  4. My surgeon said that as long as we make sure to get at least 100mg of protein in us every single day we should never have to deal with hair loss. If that is true I am at a relief for sure on that one

You live in a small town that Columbus people call "Country". Lol. It's a small world. Very nice to meet you. Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

  14. I think right now I'm still trying to digest the fact that this may actually really happen after all. My surgeon told me that my bmi is 50 which makes me high risk. I'm kinda tripping on that. It makes me wonder if I can ever get to a nice looking body instead of just healthy. Sounds selfish I'm sure but my head is spinning probably Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app

  16. Hi Jazz! I'm Brooke and I'm a newbie also. I'm like you I could really use some support also. My requirements are the same as yours from Humana. I weigh in tomorrow with have gained a few lbs. after being quite consistent so I'm sweating that one but we will see. I'm on my 4th month. I would love to get to know you and all of enquiry's to your post. This is one heck of a journey and I'm realizing that no one should go it alone. Thanks Brooke
  17. I have gained some lbs. during the holidays. I weigh in tomorrow morning on 4th month pre-op. I've been consistent until now. I have Humana PPO INS. The requirements say to maintain or lose weight during diet and last weight should be less than or equal to first weight. Has anyone went through this with Humana because I'm sweating denial rn
