  1. I start my pre-op diet tomorrow, but with the liquids mentioned below I feel like I’m going to be starving? And I don’t think I will consume enough protein to satisfy my hunger! Any suggestions? Clear liquid Decaf: tea/coffee Sugar free: juice, sports drinks & jello Broth: any flavor No dairy products or juice with pulp
  2. Sunbrezer, I am scheduled to be there March 9th with Dr. Ilan. I am very nervous about it. I’m flying with my husband. I hope I have chance to see you.
  3. I am hoping you can give me advice or some direction on my issue. So I have not had my gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico yet, but I wanted to talk to my local provider to see if she would be able to test my vitamin levels and she refused and told me to go to the bariatric clinic, but the bariatric clinic won’t see me because, did not perform the surgery. What do I do?
  4. Thank you Orionburn for responding. I was just really curious if any one stuck with their original multivitamins. I love the ones I am currently taking, so I’m glad to read your response.
  5. I understand we have to take certain vitamins after surgery, but is that forever? Or can we go back to taking our vitamins we used to take prior to surgery? Is it just till our bodies are stabilized to the new stomach? Should I take them for 6 months - 1 year?
  6. I’m thinking about having gastric sleeve surgery, but I was wondering what if I pay for the surgery, then they start the surgery and find an issue where they have to stop due to medical issue, Do you get your money back? this is in regards to surgery in Mexico.
