  1. I have BCBS of IL but its ***. Based on your BMI and co-morbities, you may need to do 6 month of prior weight loss first. I am just finishing it all up. The ins covered my reg MD, psychologist, and nutritionist appts except for all the co-pays. It all helped. Learned a lot about nutrition and about me. It's prepared me for the lifestyles changes for post surgery where some others have to crash course it before surgery. So, don't look at it as a bad thing. I lost 31 lbs these 6 mons. Now I just have to wait for the submission for approving surgery, which should b soon!
