    I totally understand and feel same as you right now, been hell of water, protein shakes, tea all 2 weeks, did a tuna can once and had a single bite of steak, is hard when I am a cook at home and was a chef too. Part of these extra pounds...Today at 10 am is my surgery, will be back to let y'all know how it feels, if I live to tell!
