  1. heyy guys. i was also banded on april 3rd, and the gas pain is getting better. it was really bad the first two days but walking around and gas x has helped alot! even try taking deep breaths.. it hurts but it will move the gas pain around so its not just hovering around your belly. im having more trouble with trying to get anything down. it feels like EVERYTHING.. meds, shakes and soup.. gets stuck in my chest. its weird.. im going to call my dr. in the morning. hope your gas pain goes away soon!
  2. hey everyone! my name is emily, im nineteen and was banded 3 days ago. it's been painful, but i know that it will be worth it in the end. i've already lost 7lbs... only 110 to go! good luck to all of you!
  3. hey guys.. it's my second day after getting banded, and im feeling great! ive lost 7lbs already and alot of the gas pain has subsided. but ive noticed that some of the incisions are oozing a little and theres a tiny bit of blood. has anyone else had this happen..?
  4. Hey everyone! I was just banded last night.. already down 5lbs! Yay! Still pretty sore in the incision areas, but this gas pain is awful! I've tried going for walks up my road and gas-x but nothing is helping besides the pain meds... which im trying not to take. Anyone have any tips?
