How do yall make your shake? I find that min always come out WAY to thick and it just doesn't taste right. HELP!

Hello All, I am in day 2 of my preop diet and I think I am doing okay so far. 12 days to go for my surgery date of 12/15/2017 . I am from the Texas Area. I have about 120lbs to lose.
