    Hi guys .... so happy to join you I was sleeved on Nov 14th and am doing great ... lost 7.5 kgs until now!!! I thing that is pretty good isn't it ??!! This week it is slowing down not much loss ... am suffering with drinking water am not drinking much and I think am not taking enough proteins also ... Any body started taking vitamins yet??? and what are you guys eating now exactly ??? give me some daily eating program...
