    I am getting my sleeve December 11. I had the Lapland removed this past July. I thought I would be good to sit around and rest, even sew afterwards. However it hurt to much to sit upright in a chair for about 7 days. Make sure you can lean back in the car seat. You will be uncomfortable sitting straight up. Good Luck!.
