  1. Hey- I had my lap band a while ago (2.5 yrs), but I am at college living with it. If you have a blender, it will be your best friend during your intro stage (or forever...) Also if you have access to a grocery store get some cottage cheese- its cheap and Protein packed. I don't know if your doing the low carb thing or not but there are plenty of options! Hit me up if ya'll got any questions... about anything
  2. My names Meghan, I am from Florida. I was banded when I was 15.(yeah i was kinda young..) I have had the band for a year and a half. My high was 263 before i was banded and now I weigh 170. I still have 25 more to loose but im basically done going thru the major weight loss stage so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask!
