  1. I was told to avoid them because the gas will stretch my stomach. My dietician told me I could drink any soft drink so long as it's flat. I have avoided them but had a Pepsi (not flat) the other day and it gave me terrible wind so I might just avoid them all together.
  2. I'm 10 weeks post op and I'm doing well except for some discomfort/pain I'm getting on my left side. It comes and goes and I can't work out what causes it. I find that I can't bend down to shave my legs for long and I have to stand back up. Some days it's fine and other days it's terrible. Yesterday was a bad day and found myself pushing and rubbing my tummy on the left side all day. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
