    November sleevers here

I think most of us do go through a stall sometime during the first month. I stalled weeks 4 & 5. Only lost a pound for two weeks. Finally losing again after starting my 6th week out. I was sleeved on Nov. 2. I actually just think it's something you just have to grin and bear. There is nothing you can really do about it except eat and drink according to your plan. It's so difficult and the second stall week I was really getting down, but so much better now that I am losing again. Hang in there! It will get better!

    3 weeks

I am four weeks out. Have been on soft foods since week 2. My diet includes: ground turkey, chicken, eggs, cheese, high protein yogurt, cauliflower crust pizza, turkey jerky, refried beans, cottage cheese, protein shakes (one a day), peaches, banana & egg pancakes (mash one banana with one egg and some baking powder), chicken sausages, chicken salad. Today I get to start introducing other foods and can have anything my body tolerates. Of course that's eating your protein first then veggie. 1/2 cup at a time.

    Stall normal?

My surgury was 11/3 and I am in a horrible stall. I'm four weeks as of today and only lost 1 pound all last week. I'm down a total of 42 HW, 20 since my surgery. Lost a lot of weight the month before surgery. I'm happy with my overall progress, but it's so frustrating right now not seeing any movement in the scale. I cannot wait to see those numbers go down again.

    Yogurt

One of my staples is Icelandic Plain Yogurt from Trader Joe's. It has 22 grams of protein per container and not much sugar. I add canned fruits, like peaches mashed up or applesauce. Before surgery I was adding blueberries & strawberries. My diet doesn't allow fresh fruits or veggies for the first month post op. I guess it's had to digest without it being canned or cooked.

No that is not normal. You are 7 days out and haven't walked? You should be able to walk a couple of hours after surgery and get up every hour or so during the day to do laps around your house. It helps with the pain, gas and with preventing blood clots. If I was you I would call my doctors office. Usually they have a nurse on call to answer your questions. Make sure you have someone help you walk if you haven't been up and about. Are you eating? I did not feel like walking, but the more I walked the better I felt. If I just laid down too long without getting up it really made me more weak and tired. The days I got the least amount of activity the worse I felt.

    November sleevers here

I had my sleeve on Nov. 3rd. I'm currently a week out and feeling good. Only down a couple of pounds. I know everyone loses at different rates, but it's still kind of disappointing. I'm sure as the weeks go on, it will be a different story. I did drop 20 pounds the month before surgery, which is awesome. Still a little tired. Bored at home for sure. Can't wait until my first post op appointment next week to get clearance to do more stuff.
