  10. My surgeon told me to switch to an acetaminophen (Tylenol type) pain reliever to avoid stomach upset after surgery. Should it be a liqui-gel or gelcap, or are caplets and tablets okay?
  11. Hello. I'm just starting my bariatric journey with an informational seminar and an appointment to see the surgeon. I have been vegan (98%) for two years. I'd like to know if I can home make protein shakes with tofu, peanut butter, soy milk, etc., instead of buying powders with nasty ingredients and nasty flavors. Unless someone knows of an actually great-tasting vegan protein shake to stock up on? Thanks!
