  1. I am three weeks out from the surgery. My doctor advanced me to soft foods after one week and I've slowly been adding more and more (approved soft foods) to my diet. I got tired of water so I switched to watermelon water and started having horrendous diarrhea. Well I emailed my team at the hospital and they told me to stop the watermelon water, so I did. Everything was fine until today when I realized I haven't pooped IN SIX DAYS. So what are some safe stool softeners? Thank you!
  2. Okay TMI and I am so sorry but I got my first period after surgery today and my hormones are WHACK. I mean, they've been off since I've been losing weight but not like this. I literally cried because I didn't like how chicken salad smelled. I cried because I didn't like the flavor of Mio I bought. Has anyone else had a similar experience with hormones? I'm worried I'm gonna cry if I drop my pen at work tomorrow LOL!
  3. Hello! We were sleeved around the same time! I got mine on October 11 this year so I'm almost 2 weeks out. I was starving the first week after surgery. I just got moved into soft foods so that has helped some but not a lot. I still crave a lot of unhealthy foods, especially burgers brats fries etc. I'm also dying for a drink of Diet Pepsi. I think it's a mind game at this point with me. I'm hoping it gets better as the weeks go on. Congratulations on your sleeve and good luck!
  4. Hello everyone! My name is Amy and I'm 22. My starting weight was 320 and I'm currently at 289. My surgery was October 11th so I'm almost two weeks out. Does anyone regret the surgery? I feel like I was maybe too young to get it done - I miss eating meat [emoji24] What were some of the things you drank? I've been drinking water, diluted juices, crystal light. I'm just craving a new flavor im sick of water! What did you eat during your stage 2 phase (soft proteins)? Also TMI but when does the dumping stop!? I had sleeve done and I am too nervous to leave for very long and not be around a bathroom because I'm worried I might have an accident! Thanks in advance!
