  2. We are all so different... Try not to compare yourself to others. I was heartbroken the first two weeks I did not lose an ounce, in fact, fluid and swelling showed me gaining 4 pounds! The next seven days I lost 16 pounds! Think of your journey asas a trail that no one else has ever gone down... your path is unique like you!
  3. I found a chicken broth (they also make beef) called Better than Bouillon. I preferred the saltiness to the sweeter shakes...
  4. Hi there! I had my surgery on September 27. I didn’t want to take opiates for pain but ended up getting four refills because my pain was so bad. The pain has subsided but I’m also very very cold all the time. I’m all set very emotional… Every little thing makes me cry! Anyone else having emotionalness??
