Hey guys I’m doing fine weight loss very slow at the moment but they say that’s ok , I find bread is hard to eat especially the crust so don’t eat a lot of bread at all Does anyone feel sensitive around the belly button when full I find it’s uncomfortable, the worst thing is gas omg everyday explosion I’m getting annoyed ,it’s slowed down a bit thankfully, I can’t take the vitamins at all they make me so dizzy and sick but. All in all I’m happy lost 2 to 3 dress sizes depending on the make , giving clothes out now and love buying dresses instead of pants all the time ....

I didnt have will power either but my husband helped me all the way as we both went on a no carb diet and had shakes 3 times a day and fish and salad at night . i found slowly decreasing my food intake helped tricking my brain lol , i had my surgery in august the will power is getting better but there are times i would love to eat things but now my stomach wont allow . I tell myself i will get there and get excited when clothes i never fitted get on its the bigger picture i suppose i look at now i have lost 2 dress sizes whoo hoo you will get there
  6. Hi my dietitian said that elevit for women is a good vitamin supplement to take it has everything in it. I cant take some of the vitamins they suggest the adverse affects arent nice lol , i also take a soft chew calcium and vitamin D yummy chocolate flavour ..
  7. Hi im in Australia our surgeons only expects us to be below the original weigh in that we started at. After the surgery as long as our weight is decreasing they re happy a few kilos/ pounds a weeks is good i still have to lose 40 kilos yet but i'm slowly getting there . i have to stop my urges to have sweet stuff still that is my nemesis i stopped losing for a week but it seems to have started again , a slow journey im hoping to get under 100 by Christmas..

Hi i had my op on the 17/8/207 i found tking the vitamins hard they made me run to the loo so ive started taking liquid vitamins but it seems to have n affect on my mental state slightly a little irritated has anyone else had this ? i find also im snacking on stuff i shouldnt sometimes is that normal ? i have put on 3 kilo's and feeling horrible for it how can i stop this ?
