    I haven’t done my consult yet, so I don’t know how much they’ll tell me I need to lose, but I’m similarly concerned that I won’t attain it.

    An info session I just attended said that coverage is based on initial BMI and the NP said she has only seen a denial once in 13 years due to weight lost from beginning of program to surgery date.
