  1. Just curious, I used to drink green smoothies before surgery. Should I be concerned about sugar content from the fruit?
  2. Can you post the link Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. I talked to my PCP who spoke highly of an IUD. I'm not too thrilled about that idea. I have an appt with my OB tomorrow morning. I'll update after the appointment Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. I read from my surgeon that the pill will be less effective after surgery. What options is everyone exploring or what has been successful?
  5. Thank you. That's so encouraging. I'm trying to make all my preparations. How much did you rely on protein shakes? I don't eat meat and usually am 100% vegan but I've made concessions for the liquid diet. I was thinking for the first four weeks continuing the 2 shakes and a meal plan
  6. I'm excited. Started at 361 on the 17th. Started my liquid diet on the 20th and as of this morning I'm 353. It's only 8 lbs but I've never dropped 8 lbs in one week and I have another week to go. My surgery is 12/4 Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. I'm scheduled for 12/4. Just got the call Wednesday. So much to do but I'm too excited for the nervousness to set in
