  1. Hey guys! I’m new to this group and I just have to say all of you guys post are so helpful and also encouraging! I just had a question. I recently met with the psychologist for an evaluation and he put me on a 1500 calorie diet and told me to log all my food and exercise on myfitnesspal app. He then set me up with an appointment for the nutritionist which is October 20th. He says at this appointment the nutritionist will review my food log!I have been following the diet and losing weight and feeling great! I know my insurance requires a 6 month supervised program before surgery, I am just wondering if the 5 weeks of logging I have already done count towards this? Thanks for the help!
  2. You are so brave and strong! Congrats on coming this far!
