Hi everyone, im starting on the journey to have a gastric bypass I’m just wondering everyone that has had this, how long did it take after your recovery for your fitness levels to get better, I have no fitness level at all I can’t walk very far without getting really breathless, just trying to see a light at the end of the tunnel will I ever get there.
