  2. Mashed Potatoes? That's something I'm not allowed to have at all, no starchy carbs. You could do something with cauliflower instead. I've made Mock mac & cheese with cauliflower it's very good.   4. I just went to my support group here in Phoenix and a rep from Nutrition Direct was there. With the RX for the Nascobal (b12) you get BariActive multivitamin, calcium + D3 & magnesium, and iron + vitamin c: all for the co-pay for the B12 if they take your insurance and they mail to you once a month. Good program if you qualify. Unfortunately they did not take my insurance [emoji26] My DR had me start all my vitamins 1 month pre-op.
