    I'm in mooresville! And yes they did! I just had my psych eval Monday, it was soooo easy. Then Wednesday is the group meeting. The only thing I'm struggling with now is trying to get my physicians office to forward my last 5 years of info to my surgeons office.

    So far so good, they didn't require a 6 month program or anything. They were really good about telling me what to expect pay wise. I need to go to my support group Wednesday and then it's off for approval I go!
