  1. Hi all, This is my first post. My surgery was 9 days ago, and I've been going well. Last 3 or so days I've struggled with food. I've tried 2 yoghurts - Greek and Yoplait - even custards and Milo shake and banana smoothies... I haven't thrown up, but it's like I get 2 mouthfuls in and instant queasy. I'm not drinking with meals till about 30mins after. Same with creamy chicken soups now... Thinking it's a lactose thing, but anyone had this? I don't know what else to eat now. I see my DT on Tuesday so I'll check with her, but I'm afraid of being told I'm not getting enough protein or good nutrients. Any words of advice? Thank you ☺
